Rooms & Rates
Built as a two family house in the 1890s, Irving House was converted in the 1920s, resulting in 44 unique guest rooms in a variety of sizes. There are many room types to accommodate the ranging needs of our guests, from individual travelers to families. Guests can choose between rooms with shared baths (across the hall from the room) or private baths. Rooms are located on four floors. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. If stairs present a concern, please let us know, and we would be happy to reserve a room on the first or second floor.

Single bed, with baths across the hall. The ratio of sharing is about 1 bath to 1.6 people.
